MyUptimeMonitor provides website and server uptime monitoring, checking your configured URLs at regular intervals and alerting you when downtime is detected.
You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You may only monitor websites or services you own or have explicit authorization to monitor. Do not use this Service to launch attacks, violate laws, or harm third parties.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily suspend monitoring.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We provide 30 days notice before any pricing changes.
All content and trademarks associated with MyUptimeMonitor are our property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Service.
We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time from account settings.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
